Shared dreams FWF is an exceptional success, carried by the dream through which the fate of human beings becomes reality. It was the dream of the very thoughtful Richard Muzzy who gave his discreet empire the means to develop. It was the dream of the young Marc Genot, who played in the sand of the foundry with his brothers on Labor Day. The little boy has grown up and has molded the sand with his proud eagerness in order to build one of the leading cast steel companies worldwide. It was the dream of the intuitive Jean-Paul Daval, who saw the crisis threaten the heart of the company : from now on this heart beats to the rythm of modern equipment. It was the dream of Sam Martin who always saw the future of the new fifth wheels destine to equip the trucks that would move soundlessly across the eras to come. It was the dream of chessplayer Roland Fraysse whose chessboards is the world and whose chessmen are the factories. Under his management, FWF is building a second factory on the famous high plateau of Mexico. It is a dream that was carried and sustained by the FWF employees. As they faced increased rates of production imposed by a demand that exceeded all forecasts, they became fully involved in the project and welcomed this success. In spite of the crisis and the legitimate doubt that tormented them, they continued to work without relenting. There are so many similarities in the family histories of these two companies both born at the beginning of the century. The founders placed their respective son-in-laws at the head of their companies. Then came the third generation which had to develop new ideas to resist giving in to the insistent pressure of the recent decades. These companies were molded in regions which cherish cultural and ethical values untouched by things transient and flashy. The Protestantism in Holland, the Protestantism and Catholicism in Montbeliard, are Christian foundations that share a great tolerance. Like Montbeliard yesterday, Holland today, with its wave of Hispanic immigrants, has welcomed with the greatest respect the foreigner who holds onto his own traditions. Thus, in refined discretion, these regions open their door to new members of the community sharing with them the project of which they are the guardians. The project of going beyond borders with FWF products which have become the best in their field. The PLATEAU will follow its path and complete the circle, from one point to another of the planet, linking men driven by the same goal for excellence. |
